Cancellation policy

Floral preservation orders are custom, made-to-order services. A deposit may be required to reserve your preservation order.

Cancellations should be requested as soon as possible. Once Birch & Bramble has received your flowers and the preservation process has begun, the order can no longer be canceled.

Any remaining balance will be due according to the payment terms provided at checkout or with your order confirmation.

Because preservation work begins specifically for your flowers, deposits and payments may become non-refundable once work has begun.
